Traceability on the line, utilities in one cockpit.

Assembly lines run on takt time, so anything we add has to stop a bad part without stopping the line. We build station-level poka-yoke and traceability, and plant-level energy and utility monitoring, for some of India's largest vehicle plants.

Breaker control, interlocking and protection you can hand to the utility for approval.

Switchyards, substations and captive power plants need automation that the utility will sign off. Our Hero MotoCorp switchyard retrofit was approved by UPCL; our captive-power work synchronises DG sets, turbines and the grid.

MCC panels and VFD packages for pumps that run around the clock.

STPs, WTPs and pump houses are tender-driven and consultant-evaluated. Our 25 MLD Namami Gange package was selected by Egis India on technical merit, and our Mitsubishi switchgear is registered for Haryana PWD tenders.

Heavy drives in dust, heat and cold, replaced fast when they fail.

Crushers, conveyors, fans and sorters draw big currents in bad environments. We build insulated, sealed VFD panels for them and, when seven panels burned at Star Cement, we replaced all of them within ten days.

PCC, MCC and PLC control for ethanol, chemical, food and paper plants.

Process plants need the power distribution and the control logic to be designed together. We supply both: the PCC and MCC line-up from our own shop, and the PLC and instrumentation control that runs the process, including climate control for 76 hatcheries.

Site installation and commissioning for ASRS, WMS and STV systems.

Material-handling OEMs need a local partner who can install, wire, program and commission to their standard. We have done this for Daifuku at Grasim, CEAT and Honda, and we support the systems after handover.
