What to send us for a quote.
The more of this you can share, the faster an engineer can price your job. Do not wait to gather everything. Send what you have and we will ask for the rest.
Control panels
- Single-line diagram (SLD) or load list
- Panel type: PCC, MCC, APFC, DG-sync, VFD or remote I/O
- Incoming supply: voltage, rating and fault level
- Busbar rating and form of separation, if specified
- Enclosure IP rating and indoor or outdoor use
- Preferred makes for breakers, drives and relays
- Applicable standards and any inspection requirements
PLC, drives and retrofits
- Make and model of the existing PLC, drives and HMI
- I/O list or the wiring and logic drawings you have
- Network type: Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus or fibre
- Process description or sequence of operation
- Acceptable shutdown window, if replacing a live system
- Photos of the existing panels
SCADA and reporting
- Tag or signal list, or the number of points
- Reference screens, if you have any
- Reports needed: shift, day or month
- Database or MIS the data must reach
- Alarm and trend requirements
Site and commercial
- Plant name and location
- Required delivery or commissioning date
- Factory acceptance test or third-party inspection needs
- Name and number of the person who can answer questions
- Your budget range, if you can share it
